Shipping rates populate at checkout.
Tracking becomes available after 24hrs.
Orders cannot be altered once payment is complete.
Returns can be made within 3 days of receiving package with the following rules applied:
PRODUCTS & EXTENSIONS MUST B E UNOPENED, IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING
THE PACKAGE MUST NOT BE DEFECTED IN ANY WAY OR RETURN WILL NOT BE ISSUED
Returns are normally processed with your bank within 24-48 HRS after final refund process begins.
Exchanges are also available within 3 days of receiving package with the following rules applied:
HAIR MUST BE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGE UNOPENED, AND UNTOUCHED.
CULRS STILL IN TACT AND UNALTERED IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM!
PACKAGE MUST NOT BE DEFECTED IN ANY WAY OR EXCHANGE WILL NOT BE ISSUED.
Remember to attach a note with order number and reason for return.
You are responsible for all returns or exchange shipping costs! Always use USPS for your returns with the tracking included as we are not responsible for lost and/or stolen items.
